Maison Genevois 3 is ideally located in the Prati district of Rome, very near Lepanto metro station and close to the center of Rome. the rooms are spacious and come with air conditioning. the bathrooms are clean and convenient. the service provided by Marco is exceptional, with a warm and friendly reception. the self-service breakfast offers a variety of options including pastries, yogurt, and cereal. the location allows easy access to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and other major sights.

Some bathrooms may have minor maintenance issues, such as a leaky sink or a shower hose attachment not staying on the wall.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the room advantages were outstanding, featuring a spacious and elegant design with high-quality furnishings. the private facilities were also exclusive, with a luxurious spa that added to the indulgent experience. The location advantages were exceptional, as the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of famous landmarks and designer shops. Cons: the only minor issue I found during my stay was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. Although the breakfast was well-presented and tasty, there could have been more options available. Nonetheless, this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. the breakfast area and kitchen were adequately stocked and clean.

The noise level was high at night, making it difficult to sleep. the shared bathrooms were rarely clean and in poor condition.
